Louis Wall is founder and President of SagamoreHill Broadcasting, LLC which owns ten television stations largely based in the southern United States.
Before founding SagamoreHill Broadcasting, Louis served as Group Manager for Spartan Communications and Benedek Broadcasting. He has over 30 years experience in the television industry.
Debbie Caine serves as Secretary/Treasurer and Corporate Comptroller for SagamoreHill Broadcasting, LLC.
Prior to joining SHB in 2004, Debbie served as Corporate Controller, Treasurer and Assistant Vice President at Spartan Communications. She brings over 35 years of Financial and Accounting experience to the management of SagamoreHill Broadcasting. She holds an Accounting Degree from Walsh College, located in Troy Michigan.

DAG Private Equity (“DAG PE”) was formed in 1991 by John Duff, Arnold Ackerman, and Tom Goodrich, who had previously worked together making private equity investments while at Bechtel Investments (now The Fremont Group) from 1987-1991. Together, the core DAG PE team has an aggregate of 50+ years of private equity investment experience.
DAG PE focuses on delivering consistently superior returns for its partners through building well-positioned companies in select industry segments – specialty manufacturing, communications, media, and information technology.
DAG PE targets acquisitions (platforms and buyouts) of well-established, cash-flow generating businesses with proven growth concepts.
Since inception, DAG PE’s hands-on approach to building businesses has led to highly successful investments in industries such as specialty manufacturing, radio broadcasting, cable TV, and wireless services. Today, DAG PE continues to apply its investment principles of actively sourcing and partnering with exceptional management teams, buying businesses at reasonable values, and building sustainable value in industries like the motorcycle aftermarket sector where DAG PE assembled a collection of the top brands in the industry; middle market broadcast TV where DAG PE has built a group of growing stations in strong markets; middle market broadcast radio where DAG PE has built a group of growing stations in strong Western U.S. markets; and wireless towers where DAG PE has built a company to develop and acquire towers in the Western U.S. to meet the surging demand for wireless communications.
Community Green
In 2009, SagamoreHill Broadcasting, LLC launched “Community Green”, a campaign to create a cleaner and safer place to live and work for future generations.
SagamoreHill Broadcasting will be partnered by such exemplary conservation organizations as: GA State Parks, Keep Columbus (GA) Beautiful, the US Environmental Protection Agency, Legacy Inc., Alabama Department of Environmental Management and WY Game and Fish.
It is the goal of SagamoreHill Broadcasting, L.L.C and its local stations to partner with area businesses, community leaders and neighbors to work together to create a cleaner and safer place to live and work for future generations.
Community Green will commit corporate and local resources to improving communication and interaction with local communities through the understanding of environmental issues and sharing that information with its partners and neighbors. Additionally, SHB will work with its community partners to identify and implement green opportunities within the local community.
